Terms of use
What the agreement between you and us covers when you reserve a place at a party.
The places in square brackets are for the crew to fill in. Until then the system asserts nothing about them — not because there is no answer, but because the answer is not ours to give.
What this document covers
This document covers PsyRaiderz parties: reserving, entering and behaviour at the venue. It does not cover use of the site — there is no separate rule for that, because there is no action that would need one.

The reservation
Reserving is free and gives you a coupon code. A reservation is not a ticket: your place is secured by the code, and you redeem the code at the door.

You can delete your reservation from the manage link yourself. If you lose the link, the crew can help using your e-mail address — but we send no e-mail, so that link is the only copy you get.
Redeeming the code
A code can be redeemed once and admits one person. The system records that it was redeemed and when, so that a disputed entry has something to point at.
Do not share the code with anyone you do not mean to let in: whoever redeems it first gets in with it.
Entry to the venue

At the venue the organisers’ instructions apply. Anyone who breaks the rules of the venue can be sent away by the crew, and their reservation lapses with them.
Liability

What we can say from the system side: we keep the site running as best we can, but a power cut, an unreachable database or a dead phone battery can keep your manage link from opening for a while. In that case the crew at the door will still find you on the booking list.
If this document changes
The text you can read here at the moment of reserving is the one that applies. If the material conditions of a party change — date, venue, price — we say so separately on the party page.
